We created Next Home Watch property management after moving to Florida from Canada, right in the middle of hurricane season. The pressure of preparing the house for potential storms, fighting the crowds for supplies, and later dealing with the cleanup was a lot to handle our first year.

We met many snowbirds with multiple homes who had no one to look after their property, both during these emergency situations and when they just needed the comfort of knowing their home was secure.
